is there a Lightwave TV capture card driver for mandriva?

I like making movies and it was kind of easy when I had Windows on my computer because I was able to use my TV capture card to capture video from my camcorder. Now I can't do that anymore because I don't have a driver for it for Mandriva Linux 2006. By the way my camcorder is really old it doesn't have a fire wire it uses an RCA cable to connect to the capture card,

If there is no driver what do I do? Will a general driver work? And if I have a driver how do I install it and what software can I use to capture video?

I used to use Adobe Premiere, is there a Linux version?

I think my computer has detected it because when I type lspci one of the lines says:

02:04.0 Multimedia controller: Philips Semiconductors SAA7130 Video Broadcast Decoder (rev 01)

Here's the full details:

LightWave PCI TV Capture Card. It has a Philips Chipset.
As I mentioned before I'm using Mandriva Linux 2006.

As for drivers, google for the SAA7130 chipset.
