IRQ Errors with DLINK DGE-530T filling logs

Hi ,

My logs are overflowing with errors associated with my DLink DGE-530T NIC.

These errors are repeating every second and it is having an impact on performance.
The card seems to work fine in every respect except for the errors in the logs.

I am running Slackware 10.2 with kernel 2.6.13.

Does anyone have any suggestions how to clear this error?

Thanks
