Having trouble installing a piece of hardware? Want to know if that peripheral is compatible with Linux?

Question IRQ Conflicts

It seems I have having conflicts with certain devices but everything seems to work. I posted the results of dmesg and what I found in KDE's info center.
I was wondering how I could resolve the conflicts.
Thanks
Jeem

From KDE's Info Center:

9: 3753483 XT-PIC EMU10k1, eth1
10: 30329 XT-PIC eth0, nvidia

It seems my sound and video card are sharing the same IRQ as my network cards.
Please Help

"It seems I have having conflicts with certain devices but everything seems to work."

It is a hardware design defect in PC's that there are not enough IRQs. So all PC operating systems have to stack more than one device on some IRQs and then keep the mess sorted out. I recommend that as long as it is working OK on your PC don't worry about it.
