IronKey on CrunchBang Linux 8.10 (Ubuntu Derived)
I've had good luck using IronKey high security USB flashdrives on Ubuntu 8.10. I'm now using an Openbox/xfce app derivative called crunchbang (well worth checking out).
I'm no longer able to use the IronKey. I've been unable to get help on this topic in the crunchbang forums , hopefully I'll have better luck here. When I plug in my ironkey the pseudo CD drive mounts right up. Under the linux folder I try to run the "ironkey" unlocker app and it just will not run. Code:
fhsm@Thinkpad:/media/IronKey/linux$ sudo ironkey Code:
fhsm@Thinkpad:/media/IronKey/linux$ ls -al | grep ironkey Any suggestions on how to make it work or how to debug the problem would be much appreciated. |
Have you tried using ./ironkey

This current working dir is in my path, I guess this is something about removable drives? Thanks. |
