IR or < 1 lux 12v DC ( 2.5 W Max) Wireless IP Camera

I need a good quality, low light wireless 12v DC IP camera for use in my RV. I want this camera to connect to my wireless network via WIFI which is located less than 10 feet away in another building. The camera must draw no more than 2.5 Watts maximum at 11-14v DC. The camera must be rated for low light conditions at 1 lux or less. The camera can be B&W instead of color and the camera does not require PTZ capability. Naturally, I'm looking for the lowest cost as long as good quality is maintained along with the other variables.
