Intel 82852/82855 GM/GME Graphics Controller
 

Hi, I'm trying to setup my Intel 82852/82855 GM/GME Graphics Controller on my
Acer Travelmate 533LCi laptop running Slackware 9.1 with 2.4.22 kernel. I've looked at the Linux section on the driverpage for this controller on Intels homepage... the thing is that those drivers only seem to work for Red Hat 7.2,7.3,8.0 and SuSE 8.0,8.1

I tried installing the driver anyway but the installation fails in the last step... Currently running with vesa support which sucks..

Anyone know how to hook me up??
