LinuxQuestions.org - Intel's watchdog support iTCO_wdt - does this mean watchdog is not present?

I am using Debian Lenny with 2.6.26 kernel. I get following message on my Intel M (32 bit machine).

Does the above message mean that I don't have watchdog on my hardware and therefore the driver does not detect it
OR
Does it mean the watchdog is present but the module (iTCO_wdt) is not able to detect/configure it properly?

The messages are rather confusing. First it says that:

and then it says:

So if no card was detect how can it say not the NO_REBOOT flag. :scratch:
