installing via nfs on a g3 imac
 

I am trying to install fc4 via nfs on a blue imac g3 I was given.
I know the nfs is setup fine as I have proved it with my laptop.

When I burn a boot iso (from the fc4 install disk) the mac will boot it up and start the install process, but when it tries to grab an ip address from my dhcp server, it wont go any further.
Even if I try to put in a static address, it cant find the nfs server.

Could the boot image not have the right drivers for the network interface in the imac? Or have I got a stuffed interface?

Any ideas would be good.
