Installing RHEL 4 ES U3 SATA RAID problem

Hi all,

I am trying to install RHEL 4 ES U3 on HP dx5150sff
machine. The hardware is briefly:
MB: ATI Xpress 200 chipset (RS480(?)/SB400)
CPU: AMD Athlon 3200+ 64-bit (2GHz)
RAM: 512MB DDR
SATA/RAID: SiI 3112 based
HDD: 2xWD 74GB SATA

The specific hardware (dx5150) is listed as RHEL
certified for RHEL 4 WS. The machine is meant to be
mail server.

I have configured the RAID array (mirror) in BIOS and
trying to install RHEL 4 ES U3.

Seems that anaconda doesn't recognize the RAID.
When attempted to partition manually the Disk Druid
sees to separate disks (sda, sdb). No RAID !??!

Please advise.
Anaconda is loading sii_<something> driver, but no RAID.
Downloaded RAID drivers from HP (x86_64 arch) for
Proliant servers and tryied 'linux dd' install to no avail.
Where else can I find SiI 3112 RAID driver for
RHEL 4 ES U3 ??
Should I go for FC6 ??

Nikos Gabrielides

P.S. Already downloading FC6 (for x86_64 arch).
