Question installing inbuilt webcam in hp dv6314tx laptop in fedora 7


Dear all,

I am using hp pavilion dv6314tx laptop,I am having inbuilt webcam in laptop.
I want to install it in my fedora 7 operating system.

Please help me out.

the only software i know of that can run a webcam is xcam it is part of the sane-frontends software package, install sane-backends & sane-frontends and then from a terminal type in xcam...

no guarantee, your milage may vary...
