Installing brother MFC-210 on ubuntu 5.10


I have purchased Brother MFC-210. With MFC i got cd's with software for Windows and Mac OS but nothing for linux. In printer setup there is no brother MFC-210 and when i go to recommended mfc i doesn't work. Please help...

I just purchased the same printer for use as a backup unit. Go to the Brother website as they have Linux drivers available. Their instructions seemed fairly simple to follow to complete the installation. Sorry, as I have not yet had the time to try them myself so I cannot offer any feedback.
