I know that to get my ipod working I need to have my kernel with no EFI support.
I am doing a fresh install of suse 9.2 Dvd iso from and I would like to know how I can install it without the EFI support?

My dear EFI is compiled into kernel. For to disable EFI you have to compile a new kernel with EFI turned off.
