install network card driver error


i have fail to install driver of my network modules which is Realtek 8111B chipset.
i have download the driver and unzip it. Then, i use make command and it show me that
***/lib/modules/2.6.18-8-e15xen/build: No such file or directory. Stop
Error 2

How to solve it???
Please help.

OS:CentOS 5
driver: r8169-6.004

The build directory should be a symbolic link to your kernel source. Do you have the source installed? If so, just make a link called "build" pointing to the relevant directory (e.g. /usr/src/linux-2.6.18-8-e15xen).

Thanks for your help first.
I have download the kernal source. then what can i do now???
And i find that the build and source file is damaged of the folder that i can not run the build file again ?? how can i do????
