Install Mandrake 10 off SATA Hard Drive?

I'm tired of burning cd's to install linux and I recently ran out of them and was wondering if it was possible to install linux off a SATA hard drive. I know you can use the hd_grub.img to install off of a hard drive, but I cant find that and I dont think that will have SATA support. If anyone knows if this can happen please post back. Thanks
