install DUB E100 on Red Hat 8

Hi; Iīm trying to install the D-Link Dub E-100 USB NIC on Red Hat 8; I was seeking in the internet for some articles, i found a little bit things, like:

This NIC is ax8817x-driver based

Checking in my proc/bus/usb/devices it doesnīt appears

I found that this NIC works with pegasus driver, so I try with modprobe pegasus and then with ifconfig but linux canīt still see the NIC

So I canīt get that this USB NICS works, I donīt know hoy getting up; when I go to Gnome and use The Hardware Manager, appears DUB E-100 in USB Devices category but with no information about it driver or device.

Definitively Iīm lost, can you help me with this?

Thanks
