ieee1394 firewire disks
 
Dear all


i have linux server with xeon process with 1 18gb hard disk, and want to install ieee1394 firewire disks, with fedora core 3 in it .


i have installed FireWire (IEEE 1394): Texas Instruments TSB12LV26 IEEE-1394 Controller card and plugged in 2 maxtor ieee1394 firewire disks,

but only one is getting detected . both the hard disks are not getting detected at a time.


the following are the errors

_for_sysfs[2906]: either wait_for_sysfs (udev 039) needs an update to handle the device '/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:1e.0/0000:04:0c.0/fw-host0' properly (unknown bus) or the sysfs-support of your device's driver needs to be fixed, please report to <linux-hotplug-devel@lists.sourceforge.net>
