Identifying hardware in PCI slots through OS

Hi,
I have several NIC's (Broadcom and Intel) plugged into a server that I do not have physical access to. I need to have the NIC's cabled to my switches in a specific way (ie: eth0 -> switch 1, port 1, eth1->switch 2, port 1, etc).

I need to be able to map the ethX devices back to physical slots on the server (ie: eth0 is PCI slot 1). I can't figure out an easy way to do this through the OS. I've tried messing with dmidecode, lspci, and /proc/net/bonding/ (the NIC's are set as bonds). No luck so far. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks.

"lshw" gives you this.

You can also cross-check between lspci and dmesg, but lshw is "one-stop shopping".
