ibm x346 and megaraid LSI LOGIC PCBX518-B1

I have an IBM x346, with that so called "HostRAID" - in fact that is a fakeraid.
I don't have the 7k raid option, but I thought I install an LSI megaraid in a pci-x slot and disable the raid on the motherboard.
Now the server starts, and I can see the megaraid's bios messages, but I can't enter to it's bios
CTRL-H and CTRL-M not working.
If I place the megaraid controller into a regular PC, I can access webbios, and regular config utility.

Is there a hack to solve this? Or maybe I should upgrade the bios?

Guess you could peek into bios for any settings.

It is a green pci-x slot and the card fits??

The servers use the pci-x bus for the internal raid usually so we'd have to suspect the bus is OK.

What is the pci slot key combo to access lsi?

Thanks for the reply!

All slots are white, this is an older server, tehre were no colored buses in that time, but yes, the card fits to it.
I'm sure it's ok, because the card can write to me to the consol while the system starts.
It displays for example the hot keys CTRL-H, CTRL-M ( or enter ), the first should go to the "webbios" which is a graphical config program runs from the card's bios, and the other is to the regular config utility - with textual menus.
The problem is, that I can't access these in the machine ( while I can enter to the main bios with F1, so the keyboard is working at boot time).
I tried to disable "planar scsi", but no luck.
There is a rom control part in the bios ( as I can remember that there was an "option rom" enable/disable in an older server ), I can switch enable or disable by slot numbers, now it's all enabled.

btw as I saw when the card was in a pc the card's config was in i2o mode. I changed it to mass storage mode, because I read that in i2o mode it's not detected properly by the linux kernel, but there is no change in the startup behaivour...

It was the Rehook Int19h option in the bios!
Now it works
