I need help finding a motherboard that meets all my requirements...

Here's what I'm looking for in a motherboard:

1) Socket 775 supporting the Core 2 Duo E8500
2) FSB at 1333 mhz (or higher)
3) DDR3 Ram @1333 mhz no less than 4gb support
4) nVidia SLI PCIe (i'll be buying two nVidia cards soon that 'match' the motherboard I end up buying)
5) SataII (3gb) at least 4 ports (more preferably so I dont have to buy a pci sataii controller card to expand)

That's pretty much it, I think. I've been looking for quite some time, but I'm not really finding anything that jumps out and screams BUY ME!

Any help?
