I don't know how to set up two working sound cards

Firstly, I'm sorry if this is simlar to an older post, I tried searching and didn't find anything...
ok i have a motherboard with onboard sound(recently changed motherboards) and a sound blaster sound card(pci) now the onboard is a huge pain in the ass and I can't get it to use the line in, now I've been able to get the line in on the sound card to work under windows but the problem is, I can only get sound out of the onboard sound card. What do I have to edit/do to get sound out of the other sound card.
Details:
Hard drake reconizes both fine:
Onboard sound:
CM8738 working fine

CT5880 - not doing anything

Using Mandrake 9.2, if you need any further details let me know and I'll supply them.
I have a feeling this wouldn't have been a problem if I had the pci sound card installed when I installed Mandrake...crud!

edit:
