i canot install redhat linux on my AMD3200+ machine


When i attempting to install "Red Hat" linux, kernel ver(2.4.21-4-EL)on my AMD3200+ machine,I face kernel panic error & fatal expretion error(f0 f11 f12.......).
MY system configaretion is:

AMD3200+
(939)asus AV8-MX mainboard
seaget 80GB IDE
LG DVD-RW
samsun 17" monitor
.
.
.

PLZ help me to findout the right way.

First of all what version of redhat are you trying to install?

Did you download the ISOs or buy them?

You might need to download the ISO and reburn the ISO if you are having issues referencing the install.

Is there more regarding the error message that is presented regarding the install.
