Since you don't tell us what version of Red Hat, it's hard to say. Typically, you could use yum to search for the package(s) that contain what you're missing, then use it to install them and their dependencies:

Since you're probably using Red Hat Enterprise, you can just call Red Hat support, since you are PAYING FOR RHEL, right?? If you're not...good luck. You don't have access to the online repositories, and will probably have to search around to find those packages/source-code, and install them manually with the rpm command. And then you'll have to search and find all the dependencies for THOSE packages too, until you get everything installed. Then you'll probably have an unstable system that's difficult to maintain, since you did all this manually, and have software that's not certified to work with the rest of the RHEL system.

There are good reasons to pay for RHEL, and if you don't, you should be using CentOS or some other free-distro instead.
