an epox EP-4sda+ motherboard with integrated hpt 370/372 IDE raid controler.

problem :

till yestarday this work fine with 2X 20gb Hdd in a RAID 1 (mirroring ) configuration under redhat 7.2 doing nothing else then some filesharing for windows user ( I dont really remeber how I did this thing but i was happy when it worked) . Now i had to change the disk with 2 X 40 Gb. Unfortunately no 7.2 distribution close to me ,I decided to upgrade also the OS,so I try RH 9.0 . looking for drivers ... no luck. On epox site "latest" version is for RH 7.2 . I read on the forum that someone found somehting for RH 7.3 ,but he use an Abit motherboard.

So ... any help ??
Should I keep the old 7.2 distibution ?? And in this case there is any copydisk utilities to helpme make the move to the new harddisks ????

since you are trying to upgrade, have you tried a different dist?
