HP- v125w 4GB Flash Drive -Not recognized under Knoppix !!!

Hello fellow Linux heads and etc people, Been along while since I posted.

Just purchased a HP flash Drive @ Staples for a bargain ,for archival purposes.


Plugged it into my relativley trusty HP Vectra 500Mhz P3 powerbox <running > KNOPPIX 3.3 ver. on CD-ROM.

Alaways had luck with "no-name" 2 gb & smaller usb drives.

this tyme USB drive is not recognized.

What gives??? Any other people/creatures with this problem???

Never had an issue. Why not get a Knoppix 5.1 cd and try it?

Did you test the flash on another system?
