How would I get a TV monitor to work?

So I called the manufactures up and they said to call my computer manufacturer to set up the monitor. They said to set it up so that it is the second monitor and adjust the resolution to 640x480. Then I can un-connect my first monitor and use this one. I am using the nvidia driver for my nvidia graphics card. I am unsure how to set it.

Link to tvs web page.
