how to set up my NIC 8139


the first : i use lspci
my 8139 card is checked!
the second step i use lsmod
my 8139too module is not exist,so i modprobe 8139too
the third I ifconfig eht0
the end I reboot

when the compute boot it show me
localhot depmod:*** Unresdved symbols in
/lib/modules/1.4.7-10/kernel/drivers/net/m139too.o

why??? please what can i do??
thanks a lot

Does your network card work correctly after ifconfig eth0?
Is your kernel a custom one or it was installes with your distro?
