how to query supported speed by cd and dvd


hi

is thera a tool or a pgm or a command that query CD or DVD drive
to abatain this info ?
i.e dvd
dvd max read speed
dvd-r max write speed
dvd-rw max write speed
cd-r max read speed
cd-r max write speed
cd-rw max write-speed

The cdrecord command will return this information (near the bottom), and a lot more:
