Post How to map mouse to keys in console

I'm planning on a digital picture frame, with only touchpad left for control. It'll be using mostly console apps for fast appearance.

How do I map, say left, right, wheel up, and wheel down to some keys? left could be enter, right some F-key opening a menu, wheel-up up, and wheel-down down...
