How to load a module on start-up?

Hello guys..
I just downloaded the latest version of SuSe Linux but it didn't recognise my wireless card on start-up and I have to always log-in as root and give a modprobe ipw2200.. then it works..

Any way do to that automatically at start-up???

cheers..

You can put those commands in /etc/init.d/boot.local.

Wouldn't the "standard" way to do this in distro's that use a module config file be to add a line to /etc/modules.conf (or whatever its called) like "alias devicename modulename"?

however, I learn something new which is /etc/init.d/boot.local (previously I only know rc.local actually).
And the I use the /etc/modprobe.conf for this purpose.
