How to integrate A7N8X Deluxe's Audio-controller
 

Hi there,

does anybody know, what modules I've got to include to enable A7N8X Deluxe's on-board-audio-controller?

Currently, I'm using kernel 2.6.13-3.

Use the lspci command to get a list of the devices used by your system. It should tell you what audio chipset you have. That's what you need a driver for.

AFAIK, the only module that supports nvidia is "snd_intl8x0". My audio, a nvidia nforce2, uses it. Whether it supports your chipset, I don't know.

hey guys, I got the same mainboard, and ACPI does not work since kernel 2.6.15. The computer won't poweroff. It hangs there.

I am stuck with 2.6.14-gentoo-r7

what is your acpi configuration, and your bios settings?
