You go to nVidia's website, download the driver, and follow the instructions. Have you tried that yet?

Without your kernel source, though, you may have problems. Good thing you went to CentOS 6, since in your other posts you were using RHEL6. Without paying for RHEL, you won't be able to get the packages you need, but with CentOS, you're fine.
