how to install ARM ocmpiler


hi every one


arm-elf-tools-20030314.sh
i need to install the arm cross compiler

when i am install this tool on cygwin
all the file are extracted but arm-elf-gcc cannot run in cygwin
because that file format is not excutable one.

how to solve it?
actually i was install arm-elf tool in local user
that time it will give some message
"tool will install only in root"
after i will try in admin user the ablve problem came.

with out this tool i cannot compile uClinux
