how to install & setup wireless network

hi,

i'm a newbie in linux, using redhat 9.
i want to install 3com 3crshew OfficeConnect wireless LAN USB adapter to my machine but i don't know where to start. could someone please help me to solve this problem?

btw, thanks in advance
