how to get linux suse 10 work on intel 915 chipset

plz help me ...I wanna know how to run suse 10 on my pc:

p4 3000/2mb cashe (LGA)
msi 915 neo2 platinum
nvidia 6600le 256m pci-e
1gb ram 4pices
maxtor sata 160gb hdd


after installing suse it refuse to start and hang up
I tryed evey linux available and all the same(suse 9 - suse 10 - mandriva 10 - fedora core 5 beta 4 - fedora 4 final )
plz answer me knowing that I am new in linux

1. "plz" Don't post in kiddie speak
2. Run memtest86 - does it pass that test? If not, change memory timing, replace the RAM, or check your power supply
3. Does it work if you disable ACPI in the BIOS?
