How to flash GA-7ZX BIOS?

So I bought a 200 gig Hitachi Hard Drive recently and discovered that the BIOS could only recognize 137 gigs. I found an update for the BIOS on Gigabyte's website (the motherboard is a GA-7X revision 5), but all the programs listed to flash the BIOS require either DOS or Windows. The BIOS update itself is an exe. What am I to do?

It's an exe but most probably you can extract the contents (which is a bios image) with unzip (info-zip's unzip).
