Hi
i am very New User of Linux RedHat 9 just First time install Linux On My system i Have Modem (Ambient Modem with Drivers for Linux, MD5628 D-L-B Chipset)
which Linux Redhat not detect at the time of instalation
but unfortunately i dont know how to install these drivers , i just read the Help to run the drivers but not understand that how to run bash shell and run these drivers
Can any one Help me with step by step instruction or send me any link from where i leran the basic of instalation of drivers manualy as a new user of linux

If you post a link to where you obtained the drivers from, I'll have a look at them for you.

In the meantime, you may wish to have a look at www.linmodems.org and perhaps run the scanmodem tool there.
