Question How do you use video in on ATI rage fury pro (128) to record from a video cam?

I have a friend that wants to transfer a video from the 8mm video camera to his computer using Mandrake 10.1 but he can't move the video to the HD to burn. Has anyone done something like this? Help me out guys [& gals].
