Post How do I install drivers in mepis

I need to install three different drivers in Mepis, (and other distros in the future) I have the CDs that contain the drivers for windows; is there some way that I can get them to work in Linux?

The drivers I need are for:
a GeForce FX 5200 AGP video card
Onboard 5.1 surround soud with SPDIF
A Motorola WU830G wireless USB adapter.

Does anyone have experience with these or similar devices?
