Home Security Camera

Can anyone recommend a home security system with cameras, etc., that can be viewed on an older PC (PIII) that I have Ubuntu installed on? I have no need to record anything, just want to see if I can set up a viewer for my front and rear doors - nothing fancy, but woudl like to use the older PC for somethign besides a doorstop....
