Hello guys, I hope you can help me with my small problem. I'm trying to connect my gp2x console to my pc but it seems that something doesn't work as it should. The console should be recognized as usb massive storage device when its connected to pc but in my case it doesn't do so.
here is what i get when i run dmesg | tail command:

usb 5-5: Manufacturer: Linux 2.4.25 with net2272
usb 5-5: SerialNumber: 3035204A756E
usb 5-5: control timeout on ep0out
usb 5-5: can't set config #1, error -110
usb 5-5: new high speed USB device using address 5
usb 5-5: Product: File-backed Storage Gadget
usb 5-5: Manufacturer: Linux 2.4.25 with net2272
usb 5-5: SerialNumber: 3035204A756E
usb 5-5: control timeout on ep0out

thanks for any kind of help in advance.

I found that it doesn't like USB 2.0. I was able to get it to work with my PowerBook G4 (which has USB 2.0 ports) only by using a USB 1.1 hub. It works fine on my older Macs which have USB 1.1 ports.

Those are exactly the same messages I was seeing. I only had my Gp2x for a day before I bricked it beyond repair with a firmware upgrade. Since the boot image was damaged, it couldn't be unbricked without a jtag connection, which I don't have. I sold it & I'll probably get a new one.
