hdx changed

I have a pc with Suse 9.1. The matter is that I changed the HD from Primary to Secondary, the CD drive, etc. And now Suse can not find the root partition.

How can I amend this?

You need to modify the /etc/fstab file and change the /dev/hdx as required.
