Question Having problems with installing my wireless network card.

I'm extremely new to linux so don't get complicated. Talk simple like a Canadian . I am the proud owner of a Netgear MA311 Wireless Network PCI adapter. The problem is it doesn't want to work in linux and I don't have a clue what to do.

I am running Red Hat Linux 9.

My Kernel is version 2.4.20-8

I received the following information when I ran /sbin/lspci:

00:00.0 Host bridge: Intel Corp. 82845G/GL [Brookdale-G] Chipset Host Bridge (rev 01)
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corp. 82845G/GL [Brookdale-G] Chipset Integrated Graphics Device (rev 01)
00:1d.0 USB Controller: Intel Corp. 82801DB USB (Hub #1) (rev 01)
00:1d.1 USB Controller: Intel Corp. 82801DB USB (Hub #2) (rev 01)
00:1d.2 USB Controller: Intel Corp. 82801DB USB (Hub #3) (rev 01)
00:1d.7 USB Controller: Intel Corp. 82801DB USB EHCI Controller (rev 01)
00:1e.0 PCI bridge: Intel Corp. 82801BA/CA/DB PCI Bridge (rev 81)
00:1f.0 ISA bridge: Intel Corp. 82801DB ISA Bridge (LPC) (rev 01)
00:1f.1 IDE interface: Intel Corp. 82801DB ICH4 IDE (rev 01)
00:1f.3 SMBus: Intel Corp. 82801DB SMBus (rev 01)
00:1f.5 Multimedia audio controller: Intel Corp. 82801DB AC'97 Audio (rev 01)
01:04.0 Network controller: Harris Semiconductor Prism 2.5 Wavelan chipset (rev
01)
01:07.0 Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL-8139/8139C/8139C+ (rev 10)

As I said before, I know extremely little about linux, eg. I know how to boot into it and use the basic programs through the graphical interface.

Any help would be appreciated.
