I'm extremely new to linux so don't get complicated. Talk simple like a Canadian
. I am the proud owner of a Netgear MA311 Wireless Network PCI adapter. The problem is it doesn't want to work in linux and I don't have a clue what to do.
I am running Red Hat Linux 9.
My Kernel is version 2.4.20-8
I received the following information when I ran /sbin/lspci:

As I said before, I know extremely little about linux, eg. I know how to boot into it and use the basic programs through the graphical interface.
Any help would be appreciated.
