harware U.K


Anybody know if there is a fairly well know hardware based extermal Modem available in the U.k and how well these will workwith broadband as I heard there mostly dial up, when it comes to external hardware modems available???

Thanks for that I want to get a adsl broadband compatible modem!!

You havent said if you want a dial up or ADSL modem recommendation. For an ADSL I would almost certaily go for a modem/router combo as this removes all driver issues and provides an extra layer of secutity, prices from around £50 are good enough for domestic use.
