Hard drive stopped working..

My first HD, hda1, suddenly stopped working.
It had Win2k and Mandrake installed and now when I try to mount it from RH I get a "bad superblock" error. When I try to boot Windows 2000 or Mandrake GRUB gives me error 18.
I can boot RH fine from my second HD, but nothing on my first HD will work.
Is there anyway I can fix my first HD, or at least salvage a few programs?
