Graphics card displays garbage through SVideo on TV

Hey,
I created a frankenstein box, with a bunch of spare parts that I had laying around and used them to piece together a PVR. I'm done setting the beast up and getting Ubuntu (amd64 6.10) up and running as well as the tuner card. When I plug it into svideo on my TV I get garbage on the TV, it almost looks like the frequency is just off a bit. Any ideas how to change this?

Also, as I mentioned this is a franken-box, I got the graphics card from an old system it's an ATI card with a heat sink and works in an AGP 8x slot. That's about all I can tell you about the card. Any ideas what this thing is? PN 1028310100-043861???

Thanks in advance,
-Rob
