Question GPT USB WEBCAM with Fedora Core 3

I have a GPT webcam. It worked on my Windows XP. I switched to Linux Fedora Core 3 and I don't know how to get it to work. When I used Fedora Core 2 it would detect my camera as a sound card and overwrite my sound card settings so I would have no sound, until I would unplug the USB, reboot and remove the settings.

In Core 3 it doesn't even seem to register it at all, can someone help me.
