Good USB capture card for video games

Hey guys, I'm trying to figure out what a good solution would be for recording video from game consoles on to my laptop. Requirements are:
  • Must be USB (obviously I don't have any PCI slots at my disposal)
  • Must work in Linux (and hopefully be relatively painless to set up)
  • Must be lag-free (no delays between button presses and what I see on the screen)
  • Must have composite input, and preferably S-video as well

What are my options?

For compatible devices check here:

under "Video via USB"

Also, know that you are asking a lot here, I would use a desktop and PCI or PCIe card for such a task.
