Getting an AV-710 and a Hauppauge 250 to work in Linux

I have Mandriva 2005 and I need to get these to work.
Chaintech Av-710 Sound Card
Hauppauge 250 TV Tuner

The first question I need to know is,
Is it possible to get these both to work under the 64 bit edition or do I need the 32 bit?

I have the 32 bit but I also have a A64 in my system and I want to get the 64 bit mandriva.
If they work under 64 tell me how to get it to work under 64 bit linux. If they don't wokr in 64 tell me how to ge them to work in 32 bit.
Thank you.

I also want to know if these will work in SuSE 32 and 64 bit.
