Gentoo + A8N-VM CSM against me
 

I am looking for help with my Gentoo based A8N-VM CSM desktop. Today I just realized that if I use the graphical mode for long enough Gnome will just freeze. It freezes the screen but everything else is still running since I can login remotely to it. I tried to kill the window server but it doenst help. I think this is an issue with the graphics output. I also came across nvidia's nforce drivers for this board (http://www.nvidia.com/object/unix.html) which I downloaded and compiled. Now I dont know where the modules are and where to copy them. I also dont know what do disable for them to work. Another issue is my system never shuts down properly. And my audio never worked.

So, the problems are:
1 - x11 freezes after some time being used
2 - no audio
3 - shutdown incomplete

Can anyone help me? Thanks for any help.
