Genius Videocam NB over kubuntu
I am trying to get working a Genius Videocam NB. I use kubuntu dapper with 2.6.15-26-k7 kernel and I have found at google that my webcam uses s9c102 driver. lsusb says this;
sn9c102 93708 0
lsusb;
Bus 001 Device 007: ID 0c45:6001 Microdia Genius VideoCAM NB
dmesg;
[17194121.520000] sn9c102: V4L2 driver for SN9C10x PC Camera Controllers v1:1.24a
[17194121.524000] usb 1-2: SN9C10[12] PC Camera Controller detected (vid/pid 0x0C45/0x6001)
[17194121.684000] usb 1-2: TAS5110C1B image sensor detected
[17194121.764000] usb 1-2: Initialization succeeded
[17194121.764000] usb 1-2: V4L2 device registered as /dev/video0
[17194121.764000] usb 1-2: Optional device control through 'sysfs' interface ready
[17194121.764000] usbcore: registered new driver sn9c102
[17194125.028000] usb 1-2: usb_submit_urb() failed, error -28
But I still can't get it working. I have tried to see if it works with camorama, even with -d /dev/video0, but it doesn't work.
Any idea? thank u
